How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Oral administration. Adults with edema: 20–40 mg, 2–4 times daily. Dosage for other indications should be individualized.
Time: Oral administration.
Instructions for use: Adjust the dose according to the indication and clinical response. Monitor serum potassium and renal function during treatment. Avoid potassium supplements or potassium-containing products unless medically advised.
Interaction: Concomitant use with potassium supplements, other potassium-sparing medicines, ACE inhibitors, ARBs, or NSAIDs may increase the risk of hyperkalemia.
Side effects: Hyperkalemia, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headache, fatigue, rash, gynecomastia, erectile dysfunction, menstrual disorders, and hirsutism may occur.
