 Indication & Scope

Voriconazole suppresses fungal cytochrome P450 enzyme to block ergosterol synthesis, destroy fungal cell membrane. It shows strong activity against Aspergillus, resistant Candida and rare mould fungi.

How to use ?

Recommended Dose: Intravenous infusion after reconstitution and dilution. Loading dose on the first two days, then maintenance dose daily.

 

Time: Infuse twice daily in the initial stage, switch to once daily maintenance treatment.

 

Interaction: Multiple interactions with immunosuppressants, statins and antiarrhythmic drugs; blood drug concentration monitoring is required.

 

Side effects: Visual disturbance, liver enzyme elevation, fever, headache.

Important Notice

This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
