Vemlidy® Tenofovir Alafenamide Fumarate Tablets provides long-term treatment of chronic hepatitis B virus infection in adults and adolescents aged 12 years and above with body weight ≥35kg.
- Mechanism: Nucleotide reverse transcriptase inhibitor; targeted delivery to hepatocytes blocks HBV DNA replication with low systemic exposure.
- Drug class: Targeted nucleotide analog anti-hepatitis B antiviral agent.
- Clinical use: Sustained HBV suppression, liver inflammation relief, fibrosis progression inhibition with minimal renal and bone toxicity compared with older tenofovir formulations.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: 25mg once daily for eligible patients with normal renal function.
