How to use ?
Recommended Dose: 75 mg once daily with food; titrate up to 150 mg after 2 weeks, maximum 225 mg daily.
Time: Long-term maintenance therapy prevents depressive and anxiety relapse; taper dosage gradually over at least 1–2 weeks before discontinuation to avoid withdrawal reactions.
Interaction: NSAIDs increase bleeding tendency; monitor blood pressure regularly during treatment. MAOIs are prohibited for simultaneous use.
Side effects: Nausea, insomnia, dizziness, elevated blood pressure, sweating, sexual dysfunction.
Important Notice
This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
