SiShuJing® Anrikefon Injection provides relief of mild to moderate pain after abdominal surgery in adult patients.

How to use ?

Recommended Dose: Weight-adjusted loading dose followed by patient-controlled bolus dosing for postoperative analgesia regimens.

 

Time: Initiate administration immediately after surgical wound closure in the operating room.

 

Instructions for use: Administered only via intravenous route, can be configured into patient-controlled analgesia pumps; dose adjustment based on patient pain response and vital signs.

 

Interaction: Concomitant use with other central nervous system depressants increases sedation and respiratory suppression risk.

 

Side effects: Dizziness, sedation, dry mouth, mild nausea, urinary retention, and rare bradycardia.
