 Indication & Scope

AnYouPing® Finotonlimab Injection is a combined platinum chemotherapy treatment for recurrent and/or metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.

  • Mechanism: It is a recombinant humanized anti-PD-1 IgG4 monoclonal antibody, which blocks the binding of PD-1 and PD-L1 ligands, restores the anti-tumor immune response of endogenous T cells, and kills tumor cells.
  • Drug class: Programmed death receptor 1 immune checkpoint inhibitor, injectable immunotherapy anti-tumor prescription medicine.
  • Clinical use: Immunochemotherapy first-line treatment for unresectable recurrent and metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.

How to use ?

Recommended Dose: 200mg intravenous infusion once every 3 weeks.

 

Time: Each infusion lasts 60 minutes, and the medication cycle is 21 days. The medication is continued until disease progression or intolerable immune toxic reactions occur.

 

Instructions for use: Dilute the medicinal solution with normal saline for intravenous infusion, and intravenous push injection is prohibited. Pre-medication can be given according to clinical specifications to prevent infusion reactions.

 

Interaction: Concomitant use of systemic glucocorticoids and immunosuppressants will reduce the anti-tumor efficacy of PD-1 inhibitors.

 

Side effects: Fatigue, hypothyroidism, rash, diarrhea, immune-related pneumonitis, infusion reactions, anemia and neutropenia when combined with chemotherapy.
