 Indication & Scope

DongWeiZhuo® Netanasvir Phosphate Capsules treats adult patients with chronic hepatitis C virus genotypes 1, 2, 3 and 6 infection who are treatment-naive or treated with interferon before, with or without compensated liver cirrhosis, and it needs to be used in combination with Encofosbuvir.

  • Mechanism: It is a broad-spectrum HCV NS5A inhibitor, which binds to NS5A protein to inhibit HCV viral RNA replication and virion assembly, and block the immune escape of the virus.
  • Drug class: Direct-acting antiviral drug, HCV NS5A inhibitor, oral antiviral prescription medicine.
  • Clinical use: It is a core component of the oral interferon-free direct antiviral regimen for radical treatment of chronic hepatitis C infection.

How to use ?

Recommended Dose: Fixed daily dose, taken together with Encofosbuvir tablets once a day.

 

Time: Take medicine once a day continuously for 12 weeks for patients without liver cirrhosis.

 

Instructions for use: Take orally with food to improve drug absorption. Do not miss any dose, and complete the whole course of treatment to avoid viral drug resistance.

 

Interaction: Strong CYP3A4 inducers will reduce the efficacy of netanasvir, and moderate CYP3A4 inhibitors will increase its blood concentration. Combined use with rifampicin and carbamazepine is prohibited.

 

Side effects: Headache, fatigue, nausea, insomnia, pruritus and mild elevation of liver transaminase.
