BeiLeFen® Ibuprofen Dispersible Tablets relieves mild to moderate acute pain including headache, joint pain, toothache and myalgia; reduces fever caused by common cold and influenza.
- Mechanism: Non-selectively inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX-1 and COX-2), reduces prostaglandin synthesis, thereby exerting analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory pharmacological effects.
- Drug class: Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID).
- Clinical use: Widely used for symptomatic relief of common mild and moderate pain and antipyretic treatment of viral and bacterial cold-induced fever.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Adults take 1-2 tablets each time, 3 times a day as needed; adjust dosage according to symptom severity, with 6-hour interval between administrations.
Time: Take after meals to reduce gastrointestinal irritation; regular interval administration for persistent symptoms.
Instructions for use: Disperse tablets in warm water for oral administration, or take directly with warm water; do not exceed the maximum daily dosage.
Interaction: Combined use with anticoagulants increases bleeding risk; combined use with other NSAIDs aggravates gastrointestinal mucosal damage; combined use with hypoglycemic drugs enhances hypoglycemic effect.
Side effects: Common gastrointestinal reactions including nausea, stomach distension and mild abdominal pain; occasional headache, dizziness and skin rash; rare gastrointestinal bleeding and renal function abnormality.
