Indication & Scope
Sintilimab Injection (Tyvyt®) is a fully human anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody. It binds to PD-1 on T cells, blocks PD-1/PD-L1 immune checkpoint pathway, restores T cell anti-tumor immune function, activates systemic anti-tumor immunity to kill cancer cells.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: 200mg, intravenous infusion, once every 3 weeks; some indications use weight-based dosage (3mg/kg q3w); given over 30–60 minutes, do not rapid bolus
Time: Intravenous slow infusion over 30–60 minutes, do not give as rapid IV push
Interaction: Risk of severe immune-related adverse events when combined with immunosuppressants/corticosteroids; monitor closely; do not mix directly with other infusions
Side effects: Immune-related adverse reactions (thyroid dysfunction, pneumonitis, hepatitis, colitis), fever, fatigue, anemia, infusion reactions, elevated liver enzymes, myelosuppression
Important Notice
This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
