Sofosbuvir and Velpatasvir Tablets(Epclusa®) is a nucleotide NS5B polymerase inhibitor; Velpatasvir is an NS5A inhibitor. The fixed-dose combination directly inhibits key HCV replication proteins, blocks HCV RNA synthesis, eliminates hepatitis C virus, achieves high cure rates across all 6 main HCV genotypes.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: 1 tablet once daily, oral administration.
Time: With or without food, take at fixed time daily, 12 weeks as a standard course.
Interaction: Avoid strong P-gp/ CYP3A inducers (e.g. rifampicin, St John’s Wort).
Side effects: Mild headache, fatigue, nausea, insomnia, diarrhea; generally well tolerated.
Important Notice
This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
