How to use ?
Recommended Dose: The recommended dose is 350 mg orally twice daily (seven 50 mg tablets per dose), approximately 12 hours apart, with or without food, until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity.
Time: Take the tablets twice daily at approximately 12-hour intervals. Tablets should be swallowed whole and should not be crushed, chewed, or split.
Instructions for use: Administer orally with or without food. Continue treatment until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity. Dose interruption or reduction to 250 mg twice daily may be required for severe hematologic or non-hematologic adverse reactions. Regular monitoring of complete blood counts and liver function is recommended during treatment.
Interaction: Avoid concomitant use with strong CYP3A inhibitors or strong CYP3A inducers, as they may significantly alter zeprumetostat exposure. If co-administration with a moderate CYP3A inhibitor is unavoidable, dose adjustment should be considered.
Side effects: Common adverse reactions include thrombocytopenia, neutropenia, anemia, nausea, fatigue, elevated liver enzymes, hypokalemia, rash, pulmonary infection, diarrhea, decreased appetite, peripheral edema, and insomnia. Hematologic toxicities are the most common Grade ≥3 adverse reactions and require routine monitoring.
