YiSaiTuo® is a Class 1 innovative therapeutic biological product developed by Sansheng Guojian Pharmaceutical (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. for the treatment of adults with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis who are candidates for systemic therapy or phototherapy.Amdokitug is a humanized anti-IL-17A monoclonal antibody that targets IL-17A-mediated inflammatory pathways and reduces immune-driven skin inflammation associated with psoriasis.
- Mechanism: Amdokitug(SSGJ-608) ; anti-IL-17A specifically binds to IL-17A and blocks IL-17A-mediated inflammatory signaling, reducing immune activation and improving psoriasis-related skin lesions including erythema, scaling, and infiltration.
- Drug class: Anti-interleukin-17A (IL-17A) monoclonal antibody.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Administer by subcutaneous injection according to the approved dosing schedule:Induction phase: 160 mg at Week 0; 80 mg at Weeks 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12.Maintenance phase: Starting from Week 16, 80 mg once every 8 weeks.
Time: Administer according to the scheduled injection cycle.
Instructions for use: Administer by subcutaneous injection into the upper arm, abdomen, or thigh. Do not administer intravenously or intramuscularly. If a dose is missed, administer as soon as possible and adjust the following schedule based on the new injection date.
Interaction: No formal drug-drug interaction studies have been conducted. Amdokitug may be used with topical corticosteroids. Concomitant use with other immunosuppressive agents is not recommended unless clinically indicated.
Side effects: Common adverse reactions include injection site reactions, pruritus, nasopharyngitis, and headache. Hypersensitivity reactions may occur.
