Indication & Scope
Gefitinib Tablets (YiRuiKe®) is an EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor (EGFR-TKI). It selectively inhibits EGFR tyrosine kinase activity, blocks downstream signal pathways, suppresses tumor cell proliferation, invasion and metastasis, and induces tumor cell apoptosis.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: 250mg orally once daily, swallow whole with water, can be taken with or without food
Time: Fixed daily oral administration, no food restriction
Interaction: Caution with CYP3A4 inducers/inhibitors; avoid strong CYP3A4 inducers
Side effects: Diarrhea, rash, pruritus, dry skin, nail disorders, interstitial lung disease, elevated liver enzymes, ocular adverse reactions
Important Notice
This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
