 Indication & Scope

Toripalimab Injection (TuoYi®) is a recombinant humanized anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody. It binds to PD-1 on T cells, blocks PD-1/PD-L1 immune checkpoint pathway, restores T cell anti-tumor immune function, activates systemic anti-tumor immunity to eliminate tumor cells.

How to use ?

Recommended Dose: 3mg/kg intravenous infusion once every 2 weeks, or 240mg fixed dose intravenous infusion once every 3 weeks; given over 30–60 minutes, do not rapid bolus

 

Time: Intravenous slow infusion over 30–60 minutes, do not give as rapid IV push

 

Interaction: Risk of severe immune-related adverse events when combined with immunosuppressants/corticosteroids; monitor closely; do not mix directly with other infusions

 

Side effects: Immune-related adverse reactions (thyroid dysfunction, immune pneumonitis, hepatitis, colitis, nephritis), fever, fatigue, rash, anemia, infusion reactions, elevated liver enzymes, myelosuppression

Important Notice

This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
