XinKeLai® (Citicoline Sodium Tablets) is indicated for acute craniocerebral trauma and consciousness disorders following brain surgery, as well as neurological sequelae associated with cerebrovascular disorders. Citicoline sodium supports phospholipid synthesis and neuronal membrane metabolism, helping support recovery of impaired brain function and neurological function.
- Mechanism: Citicoline sodium is an intermediate in phosphatidylcholine synthesis and supports neuronal membrane repair, phospholipid metabolism, and cerebral metabolic processes.
- Drug class: Nucleoside derivative; neuroprotective and cerebral metabolism–supporting agent.
- Clinical use: Used as an adjunctive treatment for neurological impairment associated with craniocerebral trauma, postoperative brain injury, and cerebrovascular disorders.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Take 200 mg (1 tablet) orally three times daily, or as directed by a physician.
Time: Take orally with water at regular intervals.
Instructions for use: Swallow with warm water. Dosage may be adjusted according to the patient’s condition and medical advice.
Interaction: Concomitant use with other neurological medicines should be reviewed by a physician or pharmacist. Citicoline sodium should not be combined with medicines containing meclofenoxate (centrophenoxine).
Side effects: Possible adverse reactions include mild gastrointestinal discomfort, nausea, headache, insomnia, agitation, palpitations, and occasional hypersensitivity reactions such as itching.
