TaiTuoTuo® is a prescription phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult men.
- Mechanism: Tunodafil hydrochloride is a selective phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor that enhances the nitric oxide (NO)-cGMP pathway by inhibiting cGMP degradation. This promotes relaxation of smooth muscle in the corpus cavernosum, increases penile blood flow, and facilitates erection in response to sexual stimulation.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: The recommended dose is 50 mg taken orally as needed, approximately 30–60 minutes before sexual activity. The maximum recommended dosing frequency is once daily.
Time: TaiTuoTuo® may be taken with or without food. Food and moderate alcohol consumption have minimal effects on drug absorption.
Instructions for use: Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not crush, split, or chew the tablet. Sexual stimulation is required for the medicine to be effective.
Interaction: Concomitant use with nitrates is contraindicated because of the risk of severe hypotension. Caution is advised when co-administered with alpha-blockers or other antihypertensive agents due to the potential for additive blood pressure-lowering effects.
Side effects: Common adverse reactions include headache, facial flushing, nasal congestion, and dizziness. Most adverse reactions are mild to moderate and transient. Visual disturbances have been reported less frequently than with some other PDE5 inhibitors.
