Oufomin® Recombinant Human Albumin Injection (Oryza Sativa) provides treatment of hypoalbuminemia with serum albumin ≤30g/L caused by liver cirrhosis in adults.
- Mechanism: Plant recombinant human albumin maintains plasma colloid osmotic pressure, supplements circulating albumin reserves, expands effective blood volume.
- Drug class: Blood volume expander, plasma protein substitute.
- Clinical use: Albumin supplementation for cirrhotic adults with severe hypoalbuminemia ≤30g/L.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Dose calculated based on serum albumin level, administered by intravenous infusion daily or every other day.
Time: Continuous slow intravenous infusion, adjust drip rate according to cardiac tolerance.
Instructions for use: Inspect the solution for turbidity or precipitation before use; stop infusion immediately if allergic symptoms occur.
Interaction: Compatible with common electrolyte infusions; do not mix with amino acid formulations in the same infusion bag.
Side effects:
1. Common: fever, chills, mild urticaria.
2. Severe: anaphylactic shock, pulmonary edema, heart failure exacerbation.
