Indication & Scope
LingHao® is a prescription fixed-dose combination antihypertensive indicated for the treatment of mild to moderate essential hypertension. It may be used alone or in combination with other antihypertensive agents when additional blood pressure control is required.
- Mechanism: The combination lowers blood pressure through complementary mechanisms, including diuresis (hydrochlorothiazide), potassium conservation (triamterene), direct arteriolar vasodilation (hydralazine sulfate), and suppression of sympathetic activity (reserpine).
- Drug class: Fixed-dose combination antihypertensive.
- Clinical use: Long-term management of mild to moderate essential hypertension; adjunctive therapy for patients requiring combination antihypertensive treatment.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: 1 tablet orally once daily, preferably in the morning. After blood pressure is well controlled, the maintenance dose may be 1 tablet every 2–3 days as directed by a physician.
Time: Take once daily in the morning.
Instructions for use: Swallow the tablet whole with water. Monitor blood pressure, serum electrolytes, renal function, uric acid, and blood glucose during long-term treatment.
Interaction: Use caution with digoxin, lithium, NSAIDs, corticosteroids, tricyclic antidepressants, ACE inhibitors, ARBs, and calcium channel blockers.
Side effects: Common adverse reactions include dizziness, fatigue, drowsiness, orthostatic hypotension, nasal congestion, gastrointestinal discomfort, hypokalemia, hyperuricemia, mild hyperglycemia, and skin rash.
