Indication & Scope
KeTaiLai® Tagitanlimab Injection treats recurrent or metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
- Mechanism: Anti-PD-1 immune checkpoint inhibitor, blocks PD-1/PD-L1 binding to reactivate tumor-specific T lymphocytes and enhance anti-tumor immune response.
- Drug class: PD-1 inhibitor immune checkpoint monoclonal antibody, anti-tumor immunotherapy agent.
- Clinical use: Systemic immunotherapy for recurrent and metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Fixed dose administered per 2-week treatment cycle.
Time: Intravenous infusion repeated every 2 weeks for continuous tumor treatment.
Instructions for use: Dilute to specified concentration, deliver via controlled-rate intravenous infusion.
Interaction: Systemic high-dose corticosteroids and immunosuppressants reduce therapeutic efficacy and raise immune-related adverse event risks.
Side effects: Immune-related thyroid dysfunction, fatigue, rash, infusion reactions, pneumonitis, anemia.
