JiaTaiLai® Sacituzumab Tirumotecan for Injection treats locally advanced or metastatic triple-negative breast cancer.
- Mechanism：Antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting Trop-2; the monoclonal antibody binds Trop-2 on tumor cells, releases topoisomerase inhibitor payload inside cancer cells to induce DNA damage and tumor cell apoptosis.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Weight-based fixed dose per treatment cycle.
Time: Intravenous infusion administered on a repeating 3-week treatment cycle.
Instructions for use: Reconstitute and dilute with specified sterile solution, deliver via slow intravenous infusion.
Interaction: Concomitant myelosuppressive chemotherapy will aggravate hematological toxicity; avoid concurrent use without medical monitoring.
Side effects: Neutropenia, diarrhea, fatigue, alopecia, anemia, injection-related reactions.
Important Notice
This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
