Indication & Scope
Zanubrutinib Capsules (BaiYueZe®) is a selective Bruton’s tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor. It inhibits BTK to block B cell receptor signaling, suppresses abnormal proliferation and survival of malignant B cells, and induces tumor cell apoptosis.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: 160mg orally twice daily (total daily dose 320mg), swallow whole with water, do not chew or open capsules; adjust dosage when combined with CYP3A inhibitors
Time: Fixed daily oral administration, can be taken with or without food
Interaction: Drug interactions with CYP3A metabolic drugs; monitor bleeding risk with anticoagulants/antiplatelet drugs
Side effects: Neutropenia, thrombocytopenia, upper respiratory tract infection, rash, bleeding, musculoskeletal pain, pneumonia, hypertension, arrhythmia, hepatitis B reactivation
