ShengJieWei® Sentagliptin Phosphate Tablets improves glycemic control in adult patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
- Mechanism：Selective DPP-4 inhibitor, prolongs endogenous GLP-1 and GIP half-life to boost insulin secretion and suppress glucagon secretion in a glucose-dependent manner.
- Drug class：Dipeptidyl peptidase 4 (DPP-4) inhibitor, oral antidiabetic agent.
- Clinical use：Monotherapy or combination therapy for long-term blood glucose management of type 2 diabetes.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Fixed single oral dose once daily.
Time: Taken at the same time every day, independent of mealtimes.
Instructions for use: Swallow whole tablet with plain water, no chewing or crushing.
Interaction: No major pharmacokinetic interactions with metformin, SGLT2 inhibitors or sulfonylureas; combined use with insulin secretagogues raises hypoglycemia risk.
Side effects: Nasopharyngitis, headache, mild arthralgia, rare hypoglycemia.
Important Notice
This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
