AiSiJie® is a prescription topical retinoid indicated for the treatment of acne vulgaris, including comedonal acne.
- Mechanism: Isotretinoin regulates epidermal cell differentiation, reduces follicular keratinization, promotes comedone clearance, and helps prevent the formation of new acne lesions.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Apply a thin layer to the affected area once or twice daily after cleansing and drying the skin.
Time: Evening application is preferred. A treatment course of 6–8 weeks is generally recommended.
Instructions for use: For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes, lips, nostrils, and other mucous membranes. Use sunscreen and minimize exposure to sunlight or UV radiation during treatment.
Interaction: Avoid concurrent use with other topical irritants, such as benzoyl peroxide, high-concentration salicylic acid, or abrasive acne products, unless directed by a healthcare professional.
Side effects: Common adverse reactions include skin irritation, erythema, dryness, peeling, burning, stinging, and increased photosensitivity, especially during the initial weeks of treatment.
