Adalimumab specifically binds to soluble and transmembrane TNF-α and blocks its binding to cell receptors. It suppresses persistent autoimmune inflammatory responses and prevents tissue and joint damage.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Initial loading dose if required; maintenance dose: 40mg every two weeks.
Time: Subcutaneous injection.
Instructions for use: Screen for tuberculosis, hepatitis and infectious diseases before initiation. Monitor infection symptoms continuously during treatment. Live vaccines cannot be administered. Intravenous injection is forbidden.
Interaction: Concomitant use with other immunosuppressants increases infection risk. Live vaccines are prohibited during treatment.
Side effects: Injection site reactions, upper respiratory tract infection, headache.
