Indication & Scope
Anastrozole Tablets (Arimidex®) is a highly selective non-steroidal aromatase inhibitor. It can significantly inhibit aromatase activity, block peripheral estrogen synthesis in postmenopausal women, reduce circulating estrogen level, and suppress the proliferation of estrogen-dependent breast tumor cells.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: 1 mg orally once daily, taken with or without food. Early breast cancer: Continuous administration for 5 years as adjuvant therapy. Advanced breast cancer: Take continuously until disease progression or intolerable adverse reactions occur.
Time: Fixed daily oral administration at the same time every day; no strict restriction on meal time.
Interaction: Do not co-administer estrogen-containing preparations, which will offset the drug efficacy. Tamoxifen combined use reduces plasma concentration of anastrozole, avoid simultaneous medication.
Side effects: Common: Hot flushes, joint pain/stiffness, fatigue, nausea, headache, osteoporosis, vaginal dryness. Rare: Hepatic function abnormality, rash, diarrhea, hair thinning, increased appetite. Severe risk: Bone fracture, ischemic cardiovascular events.
Important Notice
This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
