YiSuDa® Suraxavir Marboxil Tablets treats uncomplicated influenza A and B in adolescents aged 12 years and above and adults.
- Mechanism: Cap-dependent endonuclease inhibitor, which inhibits the endonuclease activity of influenza virus PA subunit polymerase, blocks viral mRNA transcription and replication.
- Drug class: Influenza antiviral endonuclease inhibitor, single-dose oral antiviral prescription medicine.
- Clinical use: Single-dose oral treatment for acute uncomplicated influenza A and B when administered within 48 hours after symptom onset.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Single oral dose adjusted according to body weight for each influenza infection episode.
Time: Single administration within 48 hours after the first appearance of influenza symptoms.
Instructions for use: Swallow the whole tablet completely, it can be taken with or without food. Do not take repeated doses for the same influenza infection episode.
Interaction: No major clinically significant drug interactions have been identified. Combined use with live attenuated influenza vaccine is not recommended.
Side effects: Diarrhea, nausea, headache, bronchitis, nasopharyngitis and mild abdominal discomfort.
