Synlian® Linaprazan Glurate Capsules treats gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).
- Mechanism：Potassium-competitive acid blocker (P-CAB), reversibly inhibits gastric H+/K+-ATPase to suppress gastric acid secretion.
- Drug class：Potassium-competitive acid blocker, anti-ulcer and gastroprotective agent.
- Clinical use：Healing esophageal mucosal lesions and relieving reflux symptoms for patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Standard oral dose once daily for treatment course.
Time: Taken once daily, can be administered regardless of food intake.
Instructions for use: Swallow capsules whole with water, do not open or break the capsule shell.
Interaction: May reduce absorption of pH-dependent oral drugs such as ketoconazole; monitor efficacy when combined with CYP3A4 substrates.
Side effects: Headache, diarrhea, flatulence, mild abdominal discomfort, elevated liver enzymes (rare).
Important Notice
This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
