AnLong® (Compound Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate Solution) is an OTC topical corticosteroid combination indicated for allergic dermatitis, neurodermatitis, and chronic eczema. The product combines the anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic effects of triamcinolone acetonide acetate with the keratolytic action of salicylic acid.
- Mechanism: Triamcinolone acetonide acetate is a topical glucocorticoid that suppresses inflammatory and allergic skin responses. Salicylic acid promotes keratin removal and helps improve hyperkeratotic skin lesions.
- Drug class: Topical corticosteroid and keratolytic agent.
- Clinical use: Short-term topical treatment of allergic dermatitis, neurodermatitis, and chronic eczema.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Apply an appropriate amount to the affected area twice daily. After symptoms are controlled, reduce to once daily or every other day.
Time: Use continuously for no more than 1 week. Not recommended for children.
Instructions for use: For external use only. Avoid the eyes and other mucous membranes. Do not apply over large areas or damaged skin.
Interaction: Concomitant use with other medicines may cause interactions; consult a physician or pharmacist.
Side effects: Mild irritation or allergic reactions may occur. Prolonged use may cause skin atrophy, telangiectasia, acneiform eruptions, perioral dermatitis, and other local adverse reactions.
