How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Chronic-phase CML: 400mg once daily orally; accelerated/blastic phase CML: 600mg once daily; Adult Ph+ ALL: 600mg daily; Unresectable/metastatic GIST: 400–600mg daily; adjuvant GIST treatment: 400mg daily for 3 years; Dose adjustment: Reduce dosage or suspend administration for severe hematologic or non-hematologic toxicities
Time: Take with large glass of water, with meals to reduce gastrointestinal irritation; continuous administration until disease progression or intolerable toxicity
Interaction: Avoid strong CYP3A4 inhibitors/inducers; adjust dose when combined with warfarin
Side effects: Edema, nausea, diarrhea, muscle cramp, fatigue, rash, myelosuppression; severe risks: severe fluid retention, liver injury, congestive heart failure
Important Notice
This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
