Indication & Scope
Almonertinib Mesilate Tablets (AMeiLe®) is a third-generation EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor (EGFR-TKI). It selectively inhibits mutant EGFR (including T790M and sensitive mutations), blocks downstream tumor proliferation signaling pathways, suppresses tumor growth and induces tumor cell apoptosis.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: 110mg orally once daily, swallow whole with water, do not chew or crush, can be taken with or without food
Time: Fixed daily oral administration at the same time
Interaction: Caution with CYP3A4 inhibitors and inducers; monitor QT interval and liver function
Side effects: Rash, pruritus, diarrhea, anemia, elevated liver enzymes, creatine kinase elevation, interstitial lung disease, QT interval prolongation
Important Notice
This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
