Tegileridine Fumarate Injection relieves moderate to severe acute postoperative pain following abdominal surgery.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: 0.75–1.0 mg IV bolus once; repeated doses administered by anesthesiologist based on pain score.
Time: Administered intravenously in post-operative recovery ward upon pain onset.
Instructions for use:
1. Only administered by trained anesthesiology staff.
2. Continuously monitor respiration, blood pressure and oxygen saturation.
3. Avoid rapid high-dose bolus to prevent respiratory suppression.
4. Do not mix with alkaline injection solutions.
Interaction:
1. Sedatives, benzodiazepines, general anesthetics amplify respiratory depression
2. Alcohol potentiates central nervous system suppression.
3. Serotonergic antidepressants carry serotonin syndrome risk.
Side effects:
1. Common: Nausea, vomiting, dizziness, somnolence, hypotension, injection site pain.
2. Severe: Respiratory arrest, bradycardia, severe hypotension, anaphylactic shock.
