Onset is rapid (within minutes), with peak effect at 5–10 minutes and duration of analgesia lasting several hours, supporting use in moderate to severe postoperative pain.

What is Tegileridine Fumarate's receptor selectivity profile, and how does this translate to its safety profile compared to traditional opioids?

It is a selective mu-opioid receptor agonist with reduced potential for respiratory depression and dependence, though still requires careful monitoring.

What is the main adverse effect profile of Tegileridine Fumarate?

Common effects include nausea, vomiting, dizziness, and sedation; rare but serious risks include respiratory depression and hypotension.

Why is Tegileridine Fumarate indicated specifically for abdominal surgery pain?
