Indication & Scope
Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets (AnSiFei®) is a second-generation proton pump inhibitor. It inhibits gastric parietal cell H+/K+-ATPase (proton pump), suppresses basal and stimulated gastric acid secretion, reduces gastric acidity, repairs damaged gastrointestinal mucosa and relieves acid-related symptoms.

Irreversibly inhibits the proton pump of gastric parietal cells, blocks the final step of acid secretion, achieves rapid and sustained acid suppression, and promotes ulcer healing. - Drug class

For peptic ulcers, reflux esophagitis and H. pylori eradication therapy; standard courses: duodenal ulcer ~4–6 weeks, gastric ulcer/GERD ~6–8 weeks.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Oral, swallow whole (do not chew/crush). Usually 20mg once daily, taken on an empty stomach in the morning; some patients may respond to 10mg once daily.
Time: Take on an empty stomach in the morning, avoid breaking the enteric coating.
Interaction: Affects absorption of drugs dependent on gastric pH (e.g., digoxin, ketoconazole); caution with CYP450-metabolized medicines, monitor closely.
Side effects: Mild gastrointestinal upset, headache, rash; discontinue use immediately if allergic reactions or severe adverse effects occur.
Important Notice
This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
