Indication & Scope
YiLiKang® (Pixavir Marboxil) is indicated for the treatment of uncomplicated influenza A and B infection in healthy adolescents and adults aged 12 years and older who are not at high risk of influenza-related complications.
- Mechanism: Pixavir Marboxil is a selective influenza virus PA endonuclease inhibitor. It blocks cap-dependent endonuclease activity required for viral mRNA synthesis, thereby inhibiting replication of influenza A and B viruses.
- Drug Class: Influenza virus polymerase inhibitor.
- Clinical Use: Treatment of uncomplicated influenza A and B infection in patients aged 12 years and older.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: The recommended dose is based on body weight. Patients weighing ≥40 kg to <80 kg should receive a single oral dose of 40 mg (two 20 mg capsules). Patients weighing ≥80 kg should receive a single oral dose of 80 mg (four 20 mg capsules).
Time: Administer as a single oral dose within 48 hours after the onset of influenza symptoms.
Instructions for use: Swallow capsules whole. No repeated daily administration is required. Dose adjustment is generally not required in patients with mild to moderate hepatic or renal impairment; caution is advised in patients with severe hepatic or renal impairment.
Interaction: Pixavir Marboxil has a low potential for CYP450-mediated drug interactions. Avoid concomitant administration with polyvalent cation-containing products, including calcium, iron, magnesium, or aluminum supplements, as they may reduce drug absorption.
Side effects: Common adverse reactions include headache, nausea, and diarrhea. Other reported adverse reactions include fatigue and mild elevation of liver enzymes. Most adverse reactions are mild and transient.
