Vemurafenib Film-coated Tablets (Zelboraf®) selectively inhibits mutant BRAF V600 kinase, blocks abnormal MAPK signaling pathway, suppresses proliferation and induces apoptosis of BRAF V600-mutated melanoma cells.

How to use ?

Recommended Dose: 960mg (4 tablets of 240mg) twice daily orally, morning and evening, 12 hours apart.Take with or without food; swallow whole, do not crush or chew

 

Time: Take at the same time every 12 hours, consistently with or without food, swallow whole without crushing/chewing

 

Interaction: Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors significantly increase vemurafenib exposure; strong CYP3A4 inducers reduce efficacy, avoid concomitant use

 

Side effects: Arthralgia, rash, photosensitivity, fatigue, alopecia, diarrhea; severe risks: secondary cutaneous malignancies, severe skin toxicities, hepatic damage, retinal disorders, QT interval prolongation

Important Notice

This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
