Econazole nitrate inhibits fungal ergosterol synthesis to kill dermatophytes and candida; triamcinolone acetonide exerts anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic and antipruritic effects. Triamcinolone Acetonide and Econazole Nitrate work synergistically for inflamed skin with mixed fungal infection.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: External use, apply a thin layer to affected skin area.
Time: Administer twice daily, morning and night.
Interaction: No obvious systemic drug interactions for external topical application.
Side effects: Mild local skin burning, pruritus, dryness.
Important Notice
This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.

Can Triamcinolone Acetonide and Econazole Nitrate Cream be applied on the face or around eyes?
It is not recommended for facial long-term use; avoid contact with eyes and oral mucosa entirely.
Why is it a compound preparation?
It contains two functional ingredients: antifungal econazole nitrate and anti-inflammatory glucocorticoid triamcinolone acetonide.
What are the usage limits for thin skin areas like groin and armpits?
Continuous application on delicate skin shall not exceed 2 weeks; total treatment course for the whole body is limited to maximum 4 weeks.
Can airtight occlusive dressing be used after applying Pevisone?
Occlusive dressing is not allowed, as it will boost hormone absorption and raise the risk of skin atrophy and secondary infection.
