Indication & Scope
KangMeiNa® Tibremciclib Tartrate Capsules treats locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer in adult patients.
- Mechanism: Selective cyclin-dependent kinase 4/6 inhibitor, blocks tumor cell cycle progression at G1 phase, suppresses proliferation of hormone receptor-positive breast cancer cells.
- Drug class: CDK4/6 targeted anti-tumor small molecule inhibitor.
- Clinical use: Combination endocrine therapy for unresectable locally advanced or metastatic HR-positive, HER2-negative adult breast cancer.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: 1 capsule orally once daily, continuous administration for 21 days followed by a 7-day treatment break per cycle.
Time: Take orally at fixed time every day, with or without food.
Instructions for use: Swallow the capsule whole with plain water, do not crush or chew; discontinue temporarily when grade 3/4 hematological toxicity occurs.
Interaction: Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors will elevate systemic exposure of tibremciclib, concurrent use should be avoided.
Side effects:
1. Common: neutropenia, leukopenia, fatigue, alopecia, diarrhea.
2. Severe: severe myelosuppression, interstitial lung disease, elevated transaminase.
