How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Instill 1 drop into the affected eye(s) twice daily. In some patients, dosing three times daily may provide additional intraocular pressure reduction.
Time: Shake well before each use. If used with other ophthalmic medications, allow an interval of at least 10 minutes between administrations.
Instructions for use: For ophthalmic use only. Shake the bottle thoroughly before use, avoid touching the dropper tip to any surface, remove contact lenses before instillation, and wait at least 15 minutes before reinserting them. Gently press the lacrimal sac for 2–3 minutes after administration to reduce systemic absorption.
Interaction: When used with other topical ophthalmic medications, administer them at least 10 minutes apart. Concomitant use with oral carbonic anhydrase inhibitors is generally not recommended because systemic adverse effects may be increased.
Side effects: Common adverse reactions include blurred vision, eye irritation, foreign body sensation, dry eye, conjunctival redness, bitter taste, headache, dizziness, nausea, and fatigue. Rarely, allergic reactions, skin rash, cardiac rhythm abnormalities, or electrolyte disturbances may occur.
