Indication & Scope

ShunFeng® Erythromycin Ointment is used for suppurative skin diseases such as impetigo, small-area burns, wound surface infection and common acne.

Mechanism: Erythromycin is a macrolide broad-spectrum antibiotic. It inhibits bacterial protein synthesis by binding to bacterial ribosomes, exerts bacteriostatic and bactericidal effects on gram-positive bacteria and partial gram-negative bacteria, and eliminates skin superficial bacterial infection.
Drug class: Topical macrolide antibiotic antibacterial ointment.
Clinical use: Clinically used for external anti-infection treatment of superficial suppurative skin lesions, small-area burn wounds, traumatic wound infection and facial acne bacterial infection.

How to use ?

Recommended Dose: Apply appropriate amount of ointment evenly on the infected skin lesion area, twice a day.

Time: Clean the lesion skin before application, apply regularly morning and evening every day.

Instructions for use: For external skin use only, prohibit oral administration. Avoid contact with eyes and mucosal tissues. Discontinue use in case of allergic reaction.

Interaction: No obvious adverse local drug interactions with common topical skin care products. Concurrent use of other topical antibiotics may induce drug resistance.
