Indication & Scope

RongChangZhiYao® GangTaiShuan cools blood and stops bleeding, dries dampness and heals sores, reduces swelling and relieves pain. Used for hematochezia and swelling of internal hemorrhoids and mixed hemorrhoids, as well as distending pain of anus caused by inflammatory external hemorrhoids.

Mechanism: Carbonized Sanguisorba and gallnut cool blood and astringe sores to stop hemorrhoid bleeding; borneol relieves swelling and pain and clears local heat; hydrochloride berberine exerts anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects; papaverine hydrochloride improves local anal blood circulation, relieves venous stasis and edema, and comprehensively improves hemorrhoid swelling, pain and bleeding symptoms.

How to use ?

Recommended Dose: One suppository each time, one to two times a day.

Time: Use after defecation or before bedtime every day for better absorption.

Instructions for use: For rectal administration only. Clean the anal area before use, insert the suppository deeply into the anus. Keep lying position for 15-20 minutes after administration to prevent suppository slipping out.

Interaction: No obvious adverse drug interactions have been found clinically. Concurrent use of other anorectal topical drugs needs interval administration to avoid drug overlap irritation.
