TaiPing® Ibuprofen Sustained-release Capsules alleviates mild to moderate pain such as headache, joint pain, lumbago and toothache; relieves fever symptoms caused by common cold and influenza.
- Mechanism: Inhibits cyclooxygenase activity to block prostaglandin synthesis, achieving sustained analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects through slow and continuous drug release.
- Drug class: Long-acting non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug.
- Clinical use: Suitable for sustained relief of persistent mild to moderate pain and continuous fever control for cold-induced fever.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: 1 capsule each time, twice daily (morning and evening); no more than 2 capsules within 24 hours.
Time: Take with 12-hour interval, after meals.
Instructions for use: Swallow capsules whole with warm water, do not open, crush or chew to avoid damaging sustained-release structure.
Interaction: Concomitant use with other NSAIDs increases gastrointestinal injury risk; combination with diuretics may induce renal insufficiency; combination with lithium preparations increases blood lithium concentration.
Side effects: Occasional gastrointestinal discomfort, dizziness and fatigue; rare allergic reactions, gastrointestinal bleeding and edema.
