Indication & Scope
AMoXian®/NuoMoLing® (Amoxicillin Capsules) is used for the treatment of respiratory tract infection, urinary tract infection and skin and soft tissue infection caused by susceptible bacteria.
- Mechanism: Inhibits bacterial cell wall synthesis, destroys bacterial cell wall integrity, causes bacterial lysis and death, and exerts broad-spectrum bactericidal effect on gram-positive and partial gram-negative bacteria.
- Drug class: Broad-spectrum penicillin antibiotics.
- Clinical use: Basic clinical antibiotic for the treatment of mild and moderate susceptible bacterial infectious diseases in multiple systems.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: 0.5 g each time, 3 times a day for adults; dose reduced according to age and weight for children.
Time: Three times daily with 8-hour interval administration.
Instructions for use: Oral administration with warm water, complete the full course of treatment as prescribed to avoid drug resistance.
Interaction: Combined use with probenecid increases blood drug concentration; combined with tetracycline antibiotics reduces bactericidal effect.
Side effects: Mild gastrointestinal nausea, diarrhea; occasional skin rash, urticaria; rare severe anaphylactic reaction.
