Itraconazole blocks fungal cytochrome P450-dependent ergosterol synthesis, damaging fungal cell membrane permeability. It features broad-spectrum activity against dermatophytes, Candida, Cryptococcus and Aspergillus.

How to use ?

Recommended Dose: Oral administration after meals with full lipid food to boost absorption.

Time: Daily administration cycle varies by infection type; take capsules whole, do not chew.

Interaction: Absorption reduced by antacids and gastric acid inhibitors; risk of cardiotoxicity rises when combined with certain statins and antiarrhythmics.

Side effects: Gastrointestinal discomfort, headache, transient liver enzyme elevation.

Important Notice

This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
