Indication & Scope
Estazolam Tablets (OuYi®) belong to triazolobenzodiazepines. It activates central GABA-A receptors, enhances inhibitory neurotransmission of γ-aminobutyric acid, suppresses overexcited central nerve, exerts anti-anxiety, hypnotic, anticonvulsant and muscle relaxant effects.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Sedation & anti-anxiety: 1–2 tablets (1–2mg) three times daily
Time: Only short-term continuous use (≤4 weeks) is recommended; long-term daily use will lead to physical dependence and addiction.
Interaction: Combined with opioids, alcohol, antihistamines or other sedatives will aggravate central inhibition, cause respiratory depression and even death.
Side effects: Daytime drowsiness, dizziness, fatigue, ataxia, dry mouth.
Important Notice
This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
