Paroxetine Hydrochloride (LeYou®) (Seroxat®) is a highly selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor. It selectively inhibits central 5-hydroxytryptamine reuptake, increases synaptic 5-HT concentration, improves emotional, compulsive and panic-related mental disorders.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Depression: Initial dose 20 mg once daily in the morning; maximum daily dose 50 mg, adjust dose gradually according to patient response.
Time: Take orally once every morning after breakfast; maintenance consolidation treatment required after symptom relief to prevent recurrence.
Interaction: Forbid combined use with MAOIs within 14 days before and after administration.
Side effects: Nausea, dry mouth, insomnia, somnolence, tremor, sweating, sexual dysfunction.
Important Notice
This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
