Indication & Scope
Olaparib Tablets (Lynparza®) is a potent oral PARP inhibitor. It blocks PARP-mediated DNA single-strand break repair, inducing synthetic lethality in tumor cells with defective homologous recombination repair (BRCA/HRD mutation) and inhibiting tumor proliferation.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Standard dosage regimen: 300 mg orally twice daily (150mg × 2 tablets each time). Take continuously until disease progression or intolerable toxicity.
Time: Fixed twice daily oral administration, taken with or without food.
Interaction: Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors significantly increase olaparib exposure, dose reduction is mandatory. Strong CYP3A4 inducers reduce drug efficacy, concurrent use forbidden.
Side effects: Common reactions: Anemia, neutropenia, thrombocytopenia, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, arthralgia, headache. Long-term risks: Myelodysplastic syndrome/acute myeloid leukemia, pneumonitis, elevated creatinine. Rare severe adverse events: Severe hypersensitivity, venous thromboembolism.
Important Notice
This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
