 Indication & Scope

Erlotinib Hydrochloride Tablets (LuoRuiTe®) is an oral EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor targeted anti-tumor drug. It selectively inhibits epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) tyrosine kinase activity, blocks downstream signal transduction, inhibits tumor cell proliferation, angiogenesis and metastasis, and induces tumor cell apoptosis.

How to use ?

Recommended Dose: 150mg once daily, taken orally on an empty stomach (at least 1 hour before meals or 2 hours after meals), taken whole without crushing, continue until disease progression or intolerable adverse reactions occur

 

Time: Fixed daily time, taken on an empty stomach

 

Interaction: Caution with CYP3A4 inhibitors/inducers (such as ketoconazole, rifampicin); avoid smoking which reduces drug exposure; monitor combined medications

 

Side effects: Rash, diarrhea, pruritus, dry skin, fatigue,anorexia, interstitial lung disease risk, liver function abnormality

Important Notice

This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
