 Indication & Scope

AiDaLuo® Ebdarokimab Injection treats adult patients with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis.

  • Mechanism: Fully human monoclonal antibody targeting the shared p40 subunit of IL-12 and IL-23 cytokines. It blocks inflammatory cytokine receptor binding, suppresses abnormal Th1/Th17 immune activation and reduces skin inflammatory lesion formation.
  • Drug class: IL-12/IL-23 dual-targeted monoclonal antibody, injectable autoimmune disease prescription biologic medicine.
  • Clinical use: Long-term maintenance treatment for moderate-severe plaque psoriasis to improve skin lesions and quality of life.

How to use ?

Recommended Dose: 135mg subcutaneous injection at Week 0 and Week 4, followed by 135mg maintenance dose once every 12 weeks thereafter.

 

Time: Fixed scheduled dosing throughout long-term treatment until clinical remission.

 

Instructions for use: Administer only via subcutaneous injection into the abdomen, rotate injection sites regularly, intravenous or intramuscular injection is prohibited.

 

Interaction: Concomitant use with other systemic immunosuppressants increases infection risk; live attenuated vaccines are not recommended during treatment.

 

Side effects: Upper respiratory tract infections, headache, injection site erythema and pain, fatigue, and rare hypersensitivity reactions.
