Indication & Scope
Sunitinib Malate Capsules (Sutent®) is multi-target tyrosine kinase inhibitor. It inhibits VEGFR, PDGFR, c-KIT, FLT3 and RET, suppresses tumor angiogenesis and tumor cell proliferation, induces apoptosis of tumor cells.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: GIST & advanced RCC: 50mg once daily orally, take for 4 weeks, stop for 2 weeks (6-week full cycle), with or without food; Progressive unresectable metastatic pNET: 37.5mg once daily, continuous administration without scheduled rest period; Dose adjustment: Reduce dose by 12.5mg each step for grade 3/4 toxicities
Time: Swallow capsules whole; monitor blood pressure, thyroid function and routine blood tests regularly
Interaction: Avoid strong CYP3A4 inhibitors/inducers
Side effects: Fatigue, diarrhea, hand-foot skin reaction, hypertension, myelosuppression, yellow skin discoloration; severe risks: cardiac dysfunction, severe hypertension, hemorrhage, liver injury
Important Notice
This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
