Ebronucimab Injection reduces LDL-C levels in primary hypercholesterolemia (heterozygous familial and non-familial) and mixed dyslipidemia.
- Mechanism: PCSK9 monoclonal antibody inhibits PCSK9 protein, prevents liver LDL receptor degradation, increases LDL cholesterol clearance and reduces blood LDL-C.
- Drug class: PCSK9 inhibitor, injectable lipid-lowering biologic agent.
- Clinical use: Adjunctive lipid-lowering therapy combined with statins, or monotherapy for statin-intolerant patients.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Fixed maintenance dose for regular subcutaneous injection.
Time: Fixed long-term dosing intervals for chronic lipid management.
Instructions for use: Subcutaneous injection into abdomen, thigh or upper arm.
Interaction: No obvious pharmacokinetic interaction with statins, ezetimibe and other lipid-lowering drugs.
Side effects: Injection site pain and erythema, influenza-like symptoms, myalgia, fatigue.
