Ciltacabtagene Autoleucel Injection treats adult patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma who have received at least 3 prior lines of therapy.

How to use ?

Recommended Dose: Individualized cell dose based on patient weight and leukapheresis cell count.

 

Time: Infusion is given 2 to 7 days after completion of lymphodepleting chemotherapy.

 

Instructions for use:

1. collect the patient’s autologous T cells via leukapheresis, followed by professional genetic modification and cell manufacturing in a qualified laboratory.

2.  patients receive lymphodepletion chemotherapy to prepare the immune microenvironment, and the finished CAR-T cell product is finally administered to the patient through a single intravenous infusion.

 

Interaction: Immunosuppressants raise infection risk; live vaccines are prohibited during treatment and recovery period.

 

Side effects: Cytokine Release Syndrome (CRS), ICANS neurotoxicity, prolonged neutropenia, thrombocytopenia, secondary infections, fatigue.
